While the dugout celebrated, the fireworks went off, but the roof was closed! Next thing you know there's a huge flame swimming towards the crowd! Everyone got out, and the firefighters were there. When a firefighter came out he was holding a baseball that was no longer white.
"Well it looks like we are continuing in LA tomorrow." commented Jose Altuve.
My favourite line is how you describe the no longer white baseball. You are getting the hang of using dialogue in your writing. You have some important commas that are missing or should replace the period.
